First Mittens
Time to make some mittens for winter all while learning how to use DPNs! In this three session class, we will be making the Arched Gusset Mittens by Purl Soho (a Looped staff favorite). It has distinct left and right mittens as a result of shaping for each thumb so you know they'll be comfortable. Learn how to knit in the round using DPNs, techniques for thumb gusset shaping, and decreases for the mitten top. So many good techniques that will serve you well in future projects!
Materials to bring or for purchase:

- 110 (125, 140, 180, 205) yards light worsted/dk weight yarn, dependent on size chosen to knit
- Size 5 US DPNs
- Stitch markers
