
Mosaic Cowl: Pressed Flowers
Interested in learning the beautiful mosaic colorwork technique? It only uses knit, purl, and slip stitches--perfect for the beginning knitter. In this 3-part series, we will knit the Pressed Flowers cowl pattern by Amy Christoffers. It's the perfect accessory for the transition into spring.
Class Schedule:
- 4/15: Learn to read a mosaic chart and begin mosaic colorwork pattern.
- 4/22: Troubleshoot and fix any problems encountered. Continue mosaic colorwork.
- 4/29: Learn how to seam ends of cowl together, weave in yarn ends, and address any lingering questions.

- 325 (450, 650) yards total of a sport or DK weight yarn. It's approximately 175 (250, 350) yards of MC and 150 (200, 300) yards of CC. The pattern is written for 3 sizes: [28 (42, 58)” around], so be sure to bring or purchase yarn quantities for the size you have selected to knit. Please choose colors with high contrast!

With the main color, please cast on 59 stitches using the long tail cast on method on size 6US 24" circular needles.
