Summer Top
Get ready for warm weather with this Summer top class! Over two sessions, we’ll knit the Basic Knit Bralette by Sara Knits Co. This piece is perfect for the DC heat and can be adjusted to any length/coverage you want. With this project, you’ll learn how to join your work in the round, make decreases, split your work in the round to hold stitches and make a single crochet chain.
Homework: Make a 4x4 inch gauge swatch in order to determine which size is right for you--it’s designed to be fitted.
Materials:
- Pattern is available for purchase here
- 8US 24" circular needle, but choose the size you need for your gauge (can help determine in class)
- 4.5 mm crochet hook
- 110-520 yards of worsted weight yarn (see pattern for yarn requirements for your size)
- Stitch markers, darning needle
